* Return period ?
We value your time, you can return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Terms of return policy?
1- The product must be intact and in its original condition. You can try the perfume through one of our branches, or you can get reviews of the perfume via Instagram.
2- The importance of having your invoice or order number available.
3- If purchased through the online store, it is not possible to return it through the branch.
4- International orders are subject to exchange only (one-time) without the customer bearing shipping and customs costs.
5- Maamoul products and hair perfumes cannot be returned.
6- It is allowed to retrieve incense and not use more than 1 gram for the experiment.
7- In the event of a decrease/damage/wrong order arriving, we will bear the costs of return or replacement within 3 days.
8- The period for recovering funds within the Kingdom is 1-7 working days - Gulf countries 3-15 working days.
